Through this strategic forum, the university, together with all educational institutions and business units under the Trisakti Foundation, presented their budget plans to ensure that every work program aligns with the Tridharma of Higher Education while periodically evaluating the institution’s performance.
At the opening of the meeting, the university leadership welcomed the guidance from the Chair of the Trisakti Foundation Board, Prof. Ainun Na’im, who emphasized the importance of institutional strengthening, the implementation of good governance, and sound financial management. The Foundation encourages each work unit to set progressive performance targets for the 2027 RKAT, strengthen graduates’ employability in the industry, and explore potential sources of revenue diversification beyond tuition fees (non-tuition revenue).
In line with this, the institution is also aligning its actions with the guidance of the Chair of the Trisakti Foundation’s Supervisory Board, Dr. Iman Bastari, regarding the efficient and transparent management of public funds. Trisakti School of Management is fully committed to optimizing the role of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) on campus to ensure accountability and prevent potential irregularities.
As one of the main presenters on the second day of the working meeting, TSM comprehensively presented the draft work program and budget allocation for 2027 before the Foundation’s Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. This presentation covered strategic steps to optimize the quality of educational services, strengthen research capacity, and develop measurable operational innovations.
This participation serves as tangible evidence of the institution’s readiness to follow through on the foundation’s strategic directives. Through careful budget planning, Trisakti School of Management remains committed to building an academic ecosystem that is excellent, accountable, and globally competitive in a sustainable manner.
